Irem Kucuk
At 32Co (Balderton-backed healthtech startup), I joined as Employee #6 and built the company's operations and digital infrastructure from the ground up:
Scaled monthly orders 14x (49→709) to £7.3M annual revenue with 7.5% compound monthly growth
Repositioned the brand against Invisalign by recruiting high-caliber orthodontists and positioning as "orthodontist-led design" vs. competitor's technician model
Drove 432% year-over-year growth in our SOLO product line, which overtook our premium offering to capture 52% market share
Expanded the clinical team from 2 to 13 specialists while implementing quality systems that maintained excellence at 6x scale
Architected and built a production-grade 3D treatment simulation platform (React, TypeScript, Three.js, WebGL) that became our core competitive differentiation
The platform enabled real-time orthodontist-led design modifications, reducing iteration time from days to minutes and supporting 10,989+ patient cases
Before that, I led large-scale enterprise technology implementations at GlaxoSmithKline across 15+ countries, managing multi-million-pound deployments of SAP and cloud infrastructure for global pharmaceutical operations.
I'm based in London and hold First Class Honours in Manufacturing Engineering and Business Management from the University of Warwick.
I'm currently exploring opportunities at the intersection of operations, product, and strategy—particularly in:
Healthcare businesses with complex operational challenges
Asset-backed companies (real estate, clinics, physical infrastructure)
Early-stage companies that need someone who can build both the team and the technology
Problems that require equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on execution
